KöSE (501 Québec Inc.) is committed to protect and use your personal information only for the following purposes:
- the management of the Köse movement, including the management of accounts and donations, the renewal of your membership, the subscription to Info-KöSE and customer services.
- the management of your subscription to your NPO.
All personal information you provide is stored and processed in secure and confidential databases located in Montreal by the staff of KöSE (501 Québec Inc.) or by a specialized information technologies firm which is committed to the same safety and confidentiality requirements as KöSE (501 Québec Inc.).
To identify opportunities for members and subscribers of the KöSE movement to accumulate donations on behalf of their organization or to receive relevant information about the benefits, products, services or goods offered, we may occasionally exchange personal information with a partner. The use of personal information by partners other than for the implementation of the KöSE movement is strictly prohibited.
As part of the administration of the movement, the disclosure of personal information to our partners or agents remains the sole responsibility of KöSE (501 Québec Inc.). We are taking steps to ensure that the commitments and rules mentioned in this Policy are respected by our partners or agents.
In the event of the sale of all or part of the assets of KöSE (501 Québec Inc.), we may yield this database solely upon engagement from the new entity to conform to the obligations described herein.
Rights of access and modifications
You may at any time, in writing and in consideration for reasonable fees, request a copy, or modify personal information held by KöSE (501 Québec Inc.) by calling customer service between 9am and 17hrs pm Monday through Friday, except holidays.
